Allianz Arena

Illuminated in Bavarian red or lion blue (sometimes in white, if the national team is playing), the Allianz Arena is an eye-catcher on the outside and a high-tech powerhouse on the inside. Its airbag-like facade makes it look like a UFO. Since 2005, fans have cheered for their players in the arena... hoping for unearthly soccer in an extraterrestrial stadium.
