Naumburg Cathedral

The cathedral ranks among the most influential cultural monuments from the European High Middle Ages and is a honeypot for tourists on the Romanesque Road. The cathedral gained its global fame largely from the works of the so-called Naumburg master, who sculpted the founder figures in the west choir - among them, Uta of Naumburg.
