Lower Oder Valley National Park

The last largely-intact estuary in Central Europe with its adjacent slopes, mixed forests and blooming meadows is also Germany's first cross-border protective area with Poland. More than 145 bird species breed in the national park, among them sea, fish and lesser spotted eagles.
