Description
The Bauhaus Museum in Weimar provides an insight into the town's early 20th century art scene, the centre of which is the Bauhaus design. The museum displays about 250 exhibits from teachers and students of the distinguished design school, among them influential works by Walter Gropius, Johannes Itten, Lyonel Feininger and Marcel Breuer.
